Education and/or Experience

  • 1-2 years B2B inside sales, business develoment, and lead generation experience, preferably in technology or information services.
  • Excellent verbal and writtent communication skills, ability to converse and participate in ritten dialogue with business leaders over the phone and via email/messaging.
  • Must be energetic, well-spoken, assertive and persuasive.
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when talking with the next potential client.
  • Strong work ethic and an ability to work independently with good decision-making skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate sales and business develpment process.
  • Strong computer skills including CRM and Microsoft Office.

Support Engineer

The role:

The successful candidate will work within the existing support team in collaboration with our international technical partners. The primary focus will be on supporting customers experiencing technical issues with our contact center suite.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Administrator level understanding of Windows and Linux.
  • Network Administration and fault finding capabilities.
  • Working technical understanding of server hardware & architecture.
  • An awareness of telecommunications technology
  • Demonstrable time management and communication skills.
  • Solid, and well developed, Incident and Problem management skills.

    Lead Generation Consultant

    CX Factory is looking for a new Lead Generation Consultant to help drive its market leading solution to new heights. This is a perfect role for someone with a lot of drive, who has effective, communication skills and is looking to start or progress a career in software solution sales and marketing. CX Factory has a sales centric culture, with a very strong focus on the success of their people, including nurtering, ongoing sales training and mentoring. Training will be provided.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead generation – Prospecting, cold calling, building value-based relationships particularly with managers and executives and booking qualified meetings/appointments for our Sales team.
    • Assisting with lead generation activities such as marketing eventes, trade shows, e-marketing campaigns.
    • Managing sales database/CRM.
    • Managing sales administration process.

    Contact Center Enterprise Sales Account Manager

    We are looking for an experienced and passionate Contact Center Enterprise Sales Account Manager that will sell our contact center suite. Enterprise Contact Center Sales experience is important but a high technical Enterprise work history should apply. When talking to any contact center CX Factory has a solution to solve virtually every need they bring to the table. Enterprise Sales Account Managers will receive marketing leads via the web, webinars, and from our incredible inside sales team. CX Factory pprovides training and support on the latest lead generation tactics. CX Factory is a team based consultative sales company with upper management support and seasoned Sales Engineers to help close opportunities. There is no limitation on territory so any qualified leads stay with the slesperson. Once an account is sold, it stays with the salesperson for ongoing commission and expanding into other areas of the account.

    Responibilities include:

    • Consistently achieving sales goals.
    • Meet and communicate with executives and managers from prospects/clients accounts.
    • Travel to prospects/clients locations for presentations, meetings, demos (post COVID).
    • Prepare proposals and contracts.
    • Negociate princing and business terms and prepare sales contract orders.
    • Attend required sales meeting and training sessions.
    • Follow sales and marketing procedures, regarding use of shared resources, processing sales order and other matters.

    Requirements include:

    • 5+ years of proven sales experience in the contact center space or similar successful goal achievement in highly competitive environmet or industry.
    • Excellent oral communication skills, with charismatic, resilient, persuasive, “glass half full” demeanor.
    • Strong work ethic and ability to set and achieve personal goals and work plans.
    • Hunter mentality.
    • technical aptitude.
